Tele Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to patient inquiries and prospective leads generated through campaigns or website sign-ups.
• Fertility & Service Orientation: Explain basic treatments (such as IUI, IVF, and ICSI), package details, and initial consultation procedures clearly to inquiring patients.
• Patient Guidance & Counseling: Offer compassionate initial guidance, addressing patient anxieties, answering non-clinical queries, and building trust.
• Appointment Scheduling & Follow-Up: Convert patient inquiries into doctor consultations, manage scheduling across center locations, and perform regular follow-ups.
• CRM & Record Maintenance: Log patient interactions, call outcomes, follow-up statuses, and database details in the internal CRM or tracking systems.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily calling volumes, lead-to-consultation conversion metrics, and follow-up targets set by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Languages: Proficiency in regional languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada depending on location) alongside functional English.
• Communication & Empathy: Strong active listening skills, high empathy, and convincing patient-handling abilities.
• Experience: Typically requires 02 years of experience in telecalling, healthcare counseling, or customer engagement.
