Tele Collection Officer (TCO) Write-off

Location: Thane office (full-time, WFO)

Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month

Openings: 13

DRA: Non-DRA (certificate not required)

What you will do

• Call write-off / delinquent customers on approved scripts
• Negotiate PTP (promise to pay)
• Update CRM / dialer
• Hit call, quality, and recovery targets
• Follow RBI fair practice guidelines

Who should apply

• 6 months+ tele collections / recovery / BPO collections
• Write-off calling preferred
• Hindi and English
• Ready to work from Thane office
• Immediate joiners preferred
