Tele Collection Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage debt recovery processes for personal loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
• Identify delinquent accounts and develop strategies to recover outstanding balances through phone calls, emails, or visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes related to loan collections.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and update the database accordingly.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in banking collections, DRA (Debt Recovery Agent), or similar roles.
• DRA Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of loan collection procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
