Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our Solar Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling dealers, distributors, channel partners, and interested solar consumers to generate leads and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, and potential channel partners.
• Contact customers interested in solar panels, solar systems, and PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.
• Explain solar products, offers, and basic product information to customers.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Identify and develop new dealer and distributor networks.
• Maintain daily calling records, lead status, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for customer visits and further sales activities.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good relationships with prospects.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or the solar industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi and English communication required.
• Knowledge of local language will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
• Target-oriented approach and strong follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
