• Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through phone conversations.
  
• Maintain a professional tone and demeanor during all interactions with customers.
  
• Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in telecalling or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
  
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi language.
