Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to promote and sell financial products such as Business Loans, Home Loans, and other lending solutions over calls.

• Contact prospective customers and explain loan products.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, loan sales, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (12th pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
