Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information to callers regarding our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the management.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
