Key Responsibilities

• Convert Inquiries to Appointments: Call prospective patients who requested information online or attended health camps to schedule consultations.
• Manage Healthcare CRM: Update patient records, schedule follow-ups, and track the patient journey from lead generation to check-in using hospital CRM software.
• Qualify Patient Needs: Ask targeted screening questions to understand the patients medical concerns and match them with the right specialist or department.
• Maintain Compliance: Handle all patient interactions securely in accordance with patient confidentiality laws and hospital data privacy protocols.
• Coordinate with OPD/IPD: Work closely with the Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department (IPD) desk to ensure smooth patient onboarding and verify doctor availability.

Performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Lead-to-Appointment Conversion Rate: Percentage of CRM leads successfully scheduled for a physical or virtual doctor consultation.
• Show-Up Rate: Percentage of booked patients who successfully arrive at the hospital for their scheduled appointment.
• Daily Call Volume: Hitting targets for both initial outreach calls and scheduled follow-ups.
• Data Accuracy: Zero-error record-keeping regarding patient symptoms, contact information, and appointment slots.
