Tele Caller

Vaagn Auto Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team in Chennai and Madurai. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support sales activities.

Job Summary

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, following up with prospective customers, explaining products and services, and maintaining customer records to support the company's sales and business development activities

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
• Explain company products, services, offers, and other relevant information to customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities through telephone calls.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, sales prospects, and pending requirements.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant issues to the concerned team.
• Prepare daily call reports and update the reporting manager on progress.
• Support the sales and marketing team in achieving business targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

• Any Diploma or Graduate degree is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience will be given preference.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation. Freshers also can apply
• Experience in the automobile, automotive components, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic English communication skills; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Ability to convince customers and generate qualified leads.
• Good listening, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and accurate records.
