Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote medical equipment and healthcare products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and rental or purchase options.
• Generate sales leads and convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Perform cross-selling and upselling by recommending related products, accessories, upgrades, and higher-value products based on customer requirements.
• Follow up with customers on pending enquiries, quotations, and previous calls.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and sales.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and delivery.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional customer service.
