Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month
Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors.
• Handle customer enquiries regarding the companys TMT steel products.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to develop business relationships.
• Explain product details and share relevant information with customers.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Tamil; basic English communication preferred.
• Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow up effectively.

Educational Qualification

• Any Degree.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation are preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Experience in steel, cement, building materials, or other manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
