Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutions to promote our education counseling services.
• Identify potential clients and schedule appointments for consultations with our team members.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions on CRM software (Salesforce) and update student profiles accordingly.
• Provide excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers over phone calls.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in telecalling or related field (education industry preferred).
• Any graduate degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., etc.) or diploma holder from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet navigation skills.
• Strong English language proficiency with good verbal communication abilities.
