Tele Caller

Hiring: Telecaller Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. Job Type: Full-time, office-based Location: [Manikonda Hyderabad]

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer enquiries.
• Explain Trading Floors services using approved scripts.
• Follow up with leads and assist with customer registration.
• Maintain accurate call records and daily follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and advisory teams.
• Achieve agreed calling and conversion targets.
• Refer investment queries to the authorized advisory team and avoid promising guaranteed returns.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills in Telugu and English; Hindi is an advantage.
• Strong follow-up, customer handling, and sales skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
