Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including notes on conversations, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop strategies for improving call quality and increasing conversion rates.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Prior experience in skin and hair clinic is preferred
