Tele Caller

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service.
  
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  
• Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns via phone or email.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for call volume, conversion rates, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or related field (customer care/support).
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
