Tele Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products and services.
• Process customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and quality metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.
• Strong communication skills with excellent voice processing abilities.
• Proficiency in making outbound sales calls and handling telemarketing campaigns.
