About this role
Make outbound calls to prospec ve students promote abroad studies programme Follow up on leads and maintain detailed call records.
Respond to inquiries, explain services, and convert leads into sales and invite for one to counselling sessions.
Maintain and update the database. Handle students feedback and escalate issues if necessary.
Handling all students filing records Maintain and handle all record In and out documents delivery Help to senior in their working process Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communica on in [ English, Hindi, etc.].
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
