Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutions for admission counseling and career guidance.
• Handle inquiries related to courses offered by the institution.
• Provide information on course details, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
• Schedule appointments with interested candidates for further discussion.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role (educational sales/admissions).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech Computers).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and internet research tools.
