Tele Caller

We are looking for a skilled Tele Caller with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai Suburban. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle outbound sales calls to generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
• Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
