Job Role Telecaller

We are looking for a Full-Time Telecaller to connect with interested leads and help them install and register on the Mobitrons app.

Salary & Incentives

• Salary: 7,000 per month + Incentives
• Performance-based incentives available.

Job Responsibilities

• Call interested leads generated through our marketing campaigns.
• Explain the Mobitrons app and its benefits clearly to potential customers.
• Guide customers through the app installation and registration process.
• Follow up with interested leads and assist them until successful registration.
• Answer basic customer queries and provide proper guidance.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
• Achieve assigned performance targets.

Requirements

• No specific educational qualification required.
• Fluent Tamil communication is mandatory.
• Basic English communication skills are sufficient.
• Basic computer/system knowledge required.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Freshers can also apply.
