Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Explain company products/services, offers, and policies to customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
• Follow up with customers to ensure proper service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
