Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  
• Handle international voice process, telesales, and outbound calling with ease.
  
• Execute outbound processes efficiently, meeting targets and goals set by the company.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• Strong English language proficiency for clear communication over phone calls.
  
• Ability to work on night shifts from Monday to Friday (with weekends off).
  
• Basic computer knowledge for navigating software applications used in the role.
