Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Telecaller to manage customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships

Role & responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients & generate leads
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
• Build strong client relationships
• Achieve calling & lead-generation targets
• Maintain lead records and daily reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Confident and professional personality
• Strong follow-up & customer-handling skills
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Positive, self-motivated & target-oriented
• English, Hindi & Marathi knowledge is a plus
