Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, and business prospects.
- Follow up on enquiries, leads, and existing customers.
- Explain company products and offers clearly to customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Marathi communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
