About this role
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and generate leads.
- Handle customer queries and follow up on leads.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team.
Candidate Profile:
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
- Minimum HSC/Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Marathi/Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates willing to work from office in Pune.
