Tele Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions through effective communication.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, call volume, and average order value.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales industry.
• Strong skills in outbound calling, telecalling, and telemarketing techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
