Key Responsibilities

• Meeting or exceeding sales targets: Working towards and achieving monthly sales targets and objectives, by presenting the company's products & services to potential & existing customers and persuading them to make a purchase
• CRM management: Maintaining and updating records of customer interactions, including call logs and customer information, to ensure a positive customer experience
• Product knowledge: Keeping up to date with the company's products
