Job Overview
We are looking for a enthusiastic and communicative Female Telecaller Executive to join our team at Lucknow HM Green City Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling customer inquiries, introducing our real estate projects/services, and scheduling client meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services/properties.
Answer incoming calls from prospective buyers and address their queries professionally.
Maintain a database of client interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain positive customer relationships and follow up regularly with potential leads.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any field.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi (fluency in English is a plus).
Polite, patient, and persuasive telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel) for lead tracking.
