Tele Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments on time.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns related to loan repayment schedules.
• Update customer records with payment status and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and quality metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu languages (written & spoken).
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
