Tele Caller

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business enquiries.
• Promote fastener manufacturing machines and copper wire products.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
• Generate leads and maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team and forward qualified enquiries for further discussion.
• Regularly follow up with customers until the enquiry is converted or closed.
• Maintain good communication and professional relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Sales/telecalling experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate:
Someone who is confident, energetic, target-oriented and willing to learn about industrial machinery and products.
