Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers through calls.
• Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
• Ensure professional and polite communication with customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with telecalling, customer service, sales, or NBFC experience will be preferred.
• Should be target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
