Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Answer queries and provide required information.
• Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer support.
• Update customer details in CRM/system.
• No sales or target-based selling.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
• Customer-friendly attitude and good listening skills.
