Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce company products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the products/services.
• Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers and ensure timely closure of leads.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of qualified leads.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/12th pass with good communication skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple follow-ups.
