Tele Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions, answer questions about products/services, and provide product information to customers.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and quality metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers .

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing industry.
• Strong communication skills.
