Tele Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutions to promote educational programs.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about courses offered by the institution.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, interactions, and follow-ups with clients.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• Freshers or recent graduates with excellent communication skills (spoken English).
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or industry (education/training).
• Strong convincing power to handle objections and close deals over phone calls.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications such as CRM systems.
