Job Title: Tele Calling - 2 positions

Exp: 1 year

Budget: 20k Gross

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Call Management
• Attend and manage incoming calls from prospective and existing customers in a professional and
courteous manner.
• Understand customer enquiries and requirements related to solar products, installations, pricing,
and services.
• Provide accurate basic information about the company, solar products, and available solutions.
• Identify and qualify potential sales enquiries received through phone calls.
• Record customer details, requirements, and call outcomes accurately for further follow-up.
• Transfer or coordinate technical, commercial, or service-related queries with the relevant team.
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries that require further assistance or a sales visit.
Customer & Data Management
• Maintain and regularly update customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
• Track follow-ups, customer responses, appointments, and lead status.
• Maintain proper records of inbound and outbound calls.
• Prepare regular reports on calls handled, leads generated, qualified leads, appointments, and conversions.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, knowledge of additional languages are preferred.
• Strong convincing and customer-handling skills.
• Good listening and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and qualify leads effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
• Prior experience in telecalling.
