Tele Caller Team Lead/ Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the telecalling team.
• Assign daily calling targets and monitor team performance.
• Ensure achievement of sales, lead generation, and follow-up targets.
• Train telecallers on communication skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Monitor call quality and maintain customer service standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups through CRM or Excel.
• Motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing departments to improve business results.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in team handling and target achievement.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and reporting.
• Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• 25 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Previous experience managing a telecalling team is preferred.
