Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.

• Experience dealing with premium / affluent B2C customers.
  
• Identify customer needs through effective communication and provide solutions using banking products/services.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge on best practices for lead generation.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

• Good in outbound sales calling

• Previous experience selling premium memberships or higher-value services.
