Tele Caller / Sales Manager (Apartment,plots)

Role & responsibilities

Telecaller

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for apartments and plots.
2. Explain project details, pricing, location, amenities, payment plans and offers.
3. Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences and recommend suitable properties.
4. Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert enquiries into site visits.
5. Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-ups and conversion reports.
6. Coordinate with the sales team and arrange customer site visits, negotiations and booking formalities.

Sales Manager Apartments & Plots

1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Generate and convert leads for apartments and plots through direct sales, referrals and marketing channels.
3. Conduct site visits, present project features, negotiate pricing and close property bookings.
4. Develop relationships with customers, brokers, channel partners and other referral sources.
5. Monitor sales pipeline, team performance, follow-ups and conversion ratios through regular MIS reports.
6. Ensure achievement of revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service and proper sales documentation.
