Tele Caller (Kanndad)

We are hiring a Kannada Telecalling Associate to support operations by coordinating between clients and electricians for seamless EV charger installation. The role requires strong communication, follow-ups, and execution focus to ensure timely and successful installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with electricians and clients for scheduling charger installations
• Make outbound and inbound calls in Kannada to confirm availability and requirements
• Ensure timely follow-ups for pending installations and closures
• Share accurate job details (location, timing, scope) with electricians
• Handle client queries and provide installation updates
• Track daily installation status and maintain records in CRM/Excel
• Escalate delays or issues to the operations team
• Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders

Requirements

• Fluency in Kannada (mandatory)
• Basic Hindi/English communication preferred
• Experience in telecalling / operations coordination is a plus
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools, CRM)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
