Assessing students' core employability skills through video calls, collecting feedback, and preparing basic reports using MS Excel.

Objective of the Position:

To support the QAE team in assessing students' employability skills, collecting feedback, maintaining records, and assisting in quality-related reporting and coordination activities.

Major Deliverables

Daily Responsibilities

Assess students through video calls

Support in evaluating core employability skills

Collect feedback from students

Prepare and maintain basic reports in MS Excel

Update daily assessment records and trackers

Coordinate with the internal team for assessment-related activities

Assist in quality documentation and reporting work

Manager QAE

Functional Competencies

Student assessment through video calls

Feedback collection and documentation

Basic reporting and data management in MS Excel

Coordination and communication with students and internal teams

Essential Attributes

1. Should have excellent communication skills

2. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office

3. English Speaking, Reading, and Writing (must have)

4. Hindi – Speaking (must have)

5. Should be able to work effectively in a team

Desired Attributes

Kannada speaking will be an added advantage

Qualification

Minimum qualification – Graduate

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) is required

Desired Experience

Freshers can apply

Internship/project exposure in assessment, quality, training, operations, or reporting will be an added advantage

Shortlisting Criteria

Basic MS Excel knowledge

Hindi speaking ability

Graduate qualification

Willingness to learn and work in a structured team environment

Internship Duration

3 to 6 Months (can be changed as per requirement)
