Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide admission counselling to students seeking higher education opportunities.
• Offer career guidance and student counseling services to help individuals make informed decisions about their academic and professional paths.
• Conduct telephonic conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including notes on conversations, follow-ups, and recommendations.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in admission counselling or related field (education/training).
• Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work independently from home office environment with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of educational systems, institutions, and programs.
