Tele Caller - International Voice Process Agent For US Tax Services

Role & responsibilities

RGC Consulting (Smarttax File) provides tax preparation and e-filing services for individuals and businesses across the United States. We are expanding our Hyderabad team ahead of the US tax season. - Make outbound calls to US-based individuals and introduce our tax filing services - Understand each client's situation and explain how we can help - Handle questions and objections confidently and convert leads into clients - Follow up with prospects and existing clients by phone and email - Collect client details and documents and update them accurately in the CRM - Coordinate with the tax preparation team so clients get timely service - Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets No prior tax knowledge is required. Full training on US taxation basics and our process will be provided.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or a voice process - Excellent spoken English and Hindi - Strong convincing and negotiation skills - Confident, clear and polite on the phone - Basic computer skills - Willing to work in US Timings from our HITEC City office - International voice process experience is an advantage, not a must
