Tele Caller / Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
• Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant company services/products.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
• Maintain and regularly update lead/customer information in CRM or internal systems.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Research prospects and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, tele sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales.
• Experience selling IT services such as Salesforce, CRM, cloud, software development, consulting, or other technology solutions.
• Experience with lead-generation tools such as LinkedIn, databases, or CRM platforms.
• Previous experience dealing with international clients, particularly US/UK/Australia, would be an advantage.
