Tele Caller - Health Care Logistics

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate should have good language fluency on English, Tamil & Hindi (other regional language is optional)
• Should have good system knowledge, should be able to understand how to access and navigate software applications like Dialer, CRM, Appointment booking software etc. used internally for capturing customer interaction.
• Should be a good team player and need to be flexible enough to work in different shift timings.
• Candidate should have good confidence level, convincing skills and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should communicate and report the day to day activities to the respective manager on any given day. Need to perform the day to day task assigned by the respective manager efficiently.
• Candidate should have good understanding knowledge about customer service and should handle customer queries in a professional way.
• Should be able to provide proactive customer assistance to achieve customer delight and high level customer satisfaction. Candidate should ensure customer request is addressed on time and close looped.
• He/she should not indulge in any private call business through office phones and other unwanted activities while on duty.
• Personal mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the production floor while on duty.
• Candidate should maintain the floor discipline and adhere to grooming standards as per AHEL policies.
• To follow the safety norms of the hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety policies.
• Need to maintain healthy relationship with co-workers, secretaries, Doctors and other colleagues for smooth functioning of operations.
• Person need to be productive, must work efficiently on the assigned work to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality on calls while providing service to guest and patients.
