Job Overview:

Role: Telecaller Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound client communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage client escalations by coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-up activities, and MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support and service delivery.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing timely and effective assistance.

Qualifications:

• Mcom/MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
