Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
• Explain banking products, features, benefits, and applicable terms clearly.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

Candidate Requirements:

• HSC / 12th Pass or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal communication skills are essential.
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 17,000 - 18,000 per month
• Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives
• Shift: Day Shift
• Week Off: Rotational
