Tele call Executive

We are looking for a Tele call Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-10 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Handling inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
• Following up with leads and prospects to close sales.
• Providing accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Meeting and exceeding daily and monthly call targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or other regional languages).
• Strong persuasive skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
