TechOps-SAP-SAP Ariba-Senior-Lead Consultant

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation and support projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
• Lead SAP Ariba Upstream modules: SLP, Supplier Risk, Sourcing, and Contracts.
• Lead SAP Ariba Downstream modules: Buying Invoicing, Guided Buying, Catalog and Invoice Management.
• Lead SAP Ariba CIG integrations with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage PR, PO, GR, SES, Invoice, and Master Data integrations.
• Act as trusted advisor for clients and manage stakeholders.
• Lead SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.
• Support RFPs, effort estimations, solution demos, and presales activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead onsite/offshore teams.
• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• 9+ years of SAP Ariba experience.
• Hands-on expertise in both Upstream and Downstream modules.
• Strong SAP Ariba CIG and SAP Business Network experience.
• Experience leading global rollout projects.
• SAP Ariba/SAP Procurement certifications preferred.
