Techops Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain vending machine health, uptime, and transactions across locations.
• Perform Deployments and software installations.
• Troubleshoot L2 issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, payments, and inventory.
• Track refill orders, stacking reports, and identify anomalies such as repeated OOS trays or refill mismatches.
• Handle live incidents and tickets via Helpdesk/Kapture/JIRA and ensure timely resolution with RCA.
• Extract and analyse operational data using SQL/MySQL for downtime, refills, and inventory trends.
• Coordinate with Engineering, DevOps, Operations, Supply Chain, and Field.
• Engineers for issue resolution and deployments.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Linux, networking, and system troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of SQL/MySQL for data analysis.
• Familiarity with logs, dashboards, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems.
• Good scripting knowledge in Python/Bash is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and incident-handling skills.
• Ability to work in live operational environments with ownership and attention to detail.
